It is my pleasure and honor to address you on behalf of the Board of Directors of Ain Al-Qatar Agricultural Rehabilitation Organization, which was launched in 2017 as a pioneering initiative by a group of people from Rafah — farmers, livestock breeders, and environmental workers — united by a common vision for a better, more sustainable, and fairer agricultural future.
The Organization was born out of a real need for change and a deep belief that agriculture is not just a profession but a way of life, a Organization for economic, social, and environmental development.
From day one, we sought to turn ideas into actions and ambitions into achievements through practical programs and collective projects grounded in fairness, professionalism, creativity, and community participation.
We faced many challenges at the beginning, from limited resources to lack of institutional support, but we held on to the values of cooperation and integration, relied on our members’ capacities, invested in local expertise, and made use of available unconditional support without compromising our independence or institutional identity.
