Ain Al-Qatar Agricultural Rehabilitation Organization

Ain Al-Qatar Agricultural Rehabilitation Organization was established in 2017 as a non-profit organization, aiming not to generate profits but to provide services to farmers.
It was founded based on a shared vision by a group of farmers with different specialties—vegetable and fruit farmers, landowners, sheep and cattle breeders, and environmental practitioners—to become a “leading agricultural institution” in promoting economic, social, and environmental development for its members and the local community in Al-Salam neighborhood.
The Organization operates according to cooperative principles, ethics, and values, including:
Fairness: Providing services to all members without bias.
Excellence: Implementing work in innovative and distinctive ways.
Creativity: Practicing innovative and unprecedented activities and solutions.
Total Quality: Continuous technical, administrative, and programmatic improvement based on the best standards.
Participation: Coordinating decision-making with relevant groups and institutions.
Communication: Promoting and sharing programs and activities with all community groups.
Professionalism: Continuously building members’ skills and capacities according to their specialties.
The Organization provides services to its 300 members and the local community in Al-Salam neighborhood through modern mechanisms and clear strategic goals.
Its programs and collective projects aim to uplift the agricultural reality of the community both qualitatively and quantitatively. In the field of plant and animal production, it focuses on organic production, improving production quantity and quality, and marketing locally and internationally, relying on members’ capacities as well as unconditional aid available to the Organization.

Vision

To be a leading agricultural Organization in promoting sustainable economic, social, and environmental development for its members and the local community through innovation, excellence, and Palestinian agricultural work.
